In a year that was determined to throw an obstacle in front of most human goals, I reached mine (with a lot of help from Brian!)
Sometimes 4 or 5 pounds at a time, it is amazing how it all adds up.
We celebrated reaching the goal with a vegan lunch and vegetarian dinner - toasting Mother Nature with the beautiful vegetables and grains she so lovingly provides us with.
What should next year's goal be??
