A farewell to Florida! Life has been hectic because Brian and I have moved 630 miles to Charlotte, NC. It's been quite a whirlwind, but we love the cooler weather, and fun, friendly city. I haven't yet had time to miss the beaches and sunshine, but I think about the sea turtles all the time. They're still my motivation for helping the Earth.

I haven't started cleanups here, and I think I literally needed to clear my brain cache by accounting for my final "official" Florida cleanups. We will continue to support our Adopt-a-Street, and Fred Astaire will cover our part of Central Parkway when we aren't able to make it down. I can't wait to see what new cleanup adventures await here in the Queen City.
