Martin Luther King Day, a National Day of Service being at the beginning of the year is quite lovely, isn't it? It gives us a reason to begin our year in a charitable state of mind. This year, I have a brand new neighborhood to care for - it is vibrant and alive, and I'm happy to help keep it clean.

The first half of the first month of the year has found me well on track to exceed the 704 pound goal for the year. Brian and his cousin David have been a big part of the success! And, we get to explore Charlotte's greenways as we work towards our goal.
